Cultivation method :
- Earthing up and removal of earth around the vine stumps at the beginning of spring
- Ploughing during the vegetative cycle
- De-budding to homogenize the foliage and the grapes

Last sorting 19 and 22 October 2005
Vinification and aging :
Alcoholic fermentation in tank (50%) and in barrels (50%) for 8 months.
The aging is done without any racking to ensure maximum aromatic potential.
Bottling : August 30th 2006
Analysis :
110 g of sugar per liter for an alcoholic degree of 12,5% vol and a well-balanced acidity
A great equilibrium for a for a botrytised wine: rich and dynamic.
